Visitor Notice

1. Viewers can enter the exhibition hall with visiting vouchers or tickets issued by the exhibition organizers.

2. Viewers should follow the requirements of the exhibition unit and present the invitation letter issued by the exhibition unit to the designated audience registration office of the exhibition unit to exchange their visiting documents.

3. Viewers should comply with the relevant regulations of the exhibition hall. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the exhibition hall, and littering, spitting, and other activities are not allowed anywhere, in order to jointly maintain the beautiful environment of the exhibition hall.

4. Without the consent of the exhibitor, visitors are not allowed to take photos of the exhibitor's booth layout or exhibits.

5. Any items purchased by the audience at the exhibition site must obtain a release note from the exhibition organizer from the exhibitor. Otherwise, the exhibition hall security guard will not be allowed to release them.

6. Any vehicle entering the exhibition hall must pay a parking fee (according to the fee standard approved by the price management department) and park in the designated parking lot. The parking time is from 8:00 to 17:30, and vehicles are not allowed to park overnight.

7. Those who have not received their visitor ID during pre registration can use the pre registration success certificate or pre registration confirmation letter to go to the on-site pre registration office to exchange for the ID for entry.

8. Those who have not been pre registered can enter the venue by filling out a form on site with two business cards in exchange for identification documents.
