Exhibition procedures:

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within 3 working days after registration, you will

The exhibition fees will be remitted to the designated account of the organizing committee at once to determine the booth, otherwise the reserved booth will not be retained.

2. Booths and advertisements are arranged uniformly by the organizing committee, and co organizers can give priority to arrangement.

3. After remitting various fees, exhibitors are requested to fax or copy the bank transfer receipt to the organizing committee for verification; Invoices will be issued uniformly by the finance team at the venue
